How do I send you my photo or design?

Easy! When placing your order, you’ll be able to upload your image directly on the product page. If you have trouble or a special request, just shoot us a message — we’re happy to help!

What’s the turnaround time?

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom bulk or complex designs may take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Do you ship across Canada?

We ship anywhere in Canada, with affordable rates and fast delivery. Local pickup in Elora/Fergus is also available!

What if I’m not happy with my magnet?

We want you to love your magnet. If something’s not right, just reach out — we’ll make it right, no fridge left behind.
